a great day for football, the weather was kinda cooling and not humid as it normally would be...and tis time it was only one game played...although it was a long game, we at least kept the momentum going....normally, if there was a break btw games, we would lose the focus and concentration....but tis time, it was way different....longer playing time means more time to score...i started off playing keeper but after a while i went up to attack....couldn't get much shots....but a moment of brilliance, i score a totally unexpected goal....got the ball from a kick-in....saw the keeper off his line so i tried a shot...top corner exact....not higher or lower...after a quiet evening, i needed one chance to set things straight....the second goal was quite a gift actually....i was lurking behind the defender but he didn't realise it...so when a backpass came for him, he let it go, thinking tat the keeper was behind...but i took tat chance to pounce...the keeper came out, leaving me with only to toe poke the ball in....a silent killer...i am beginning to play alot like Torres...needing only one chance to leave ppl stunned....and needing some space to make the best of a mistake....with tat 2 goals, i am only short of my target by 12 goals...hope to get it done asap..till then, i juz have to keep playing my best....and btw it's Yun bday yesterday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER!!!
