juz went by yang sheng's blog...his latest entry was kinda full of hatred...but quite true about singaporean customers....very f**k attitude some cust have...we bring them in but they prefer to choose their own seat....even worse is tat when u give them a table already, some juz change table without letting u know....eh come on lah...we are trying our best to accommodate every cust there...if u come in with a friend and we give u a 2 person seat, juz take it....dun request for a bigger seat...u dun need that much of a space...make do with wat is given...another type of cust i hate is those who think they have money, they are the king....plz ar, if u are so rich dun come suki sushi eat...go somwhere high class to dine in...

here's a recent case:
last order 9.30pm, one cust come in at 9.45pm, the closed sign was already placed then.
Cust: Eh sorry ar, what time you close?
Manager: Sorry sir, we are already closed. the last order was 9.30pm.
Cust: Then can i come in anot?
Manager: Sir, the last order has already passed.
Cust: Can ask the chef open the kitchen?
Manager: The chef has already closed the kitchen.
Cust: So it's impossible to eat here.

Me and yang sheng behind talking to each other: So obvious lah, don't understand english ar. close means close.

They think they have money, they can ask ppl do things their way...think lah, f&b industry workers are also human..they need rest....i have seen the way chefs work...almost 12 hrs a day...slogging it out to provide the food to satisfy the cust...and they dun even whine much...they need rest and time to eat....u think they are robots?! And us service crew...u think this is such a good job? we are trying our best to serve u so dun make unreasonable request...if it's within our job scope, we will do our best for u...taking order also give attitude...this is why ppl say cust service in singapore will never make it...it's tks to f**ked up cust like those mention....and that's the reasons u hardly find singaporeans in the service line...so pls respect us service crew....we are also humans...
workplace politics are complicated, i can say tat...things happen for a reason and we have ppl who wan things to be good but at a cost of insufficient ppl working....ppl who wan sales to increase but dun care bout how tired the service crew ppl will be..and someone who would backstab u in the back...these are 3 ppl i hate while working(dun wan mention names, juz for myself and anyone who comes by and know who i am talking bout)...but lucky there are ppl who make the time at work great....i shall stick with this job for slightly longer...until i can't deal with the 3 idiots any longer....and FYI, there is an all-you-can-eat buffet coming up....April 1st start...$9.90 buffet only 99 cents colour plates and another $20.99 buffet that allows u to orderr anything under $6....quite worthwhile....
